William Hall, owner of Michigan Healthcare Improvement LLC, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who has been providing sedation services since 2004. Bill has been exclusive to dental office anesthesia for the last 10 years. Prior to becoming a CRNA, Bill worked as a nurse in the cardiac cath, ICU, and Emergency departments in several hospitals for 9 years. His education includes:

• Master of Science in Anesthesiology from the University of Detroit-Mercy
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan

Dawn Hall, owner of Michigan Healthcare Improvement LLC, is an accomplished healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry with a passion for improving healthcare - quality, access, costs, and operations. She manages the non clinical activites.  

Her education include:

• Master of Science in Healthcare Administration
• Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing

Joey Patterson is a skilled technology consultant with over 16 years of IT industry experience with software quality, development, UX design, SEO, system monitoring, and web analytics. She has a proven record in delivering high-quality products that have increased sales and customer satisfaction. Her education and certifications include:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science from the University of Michigan
• Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

Nadeah Hall is a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist, with a focus on clinical child psychology. She previously worked as a Foster Care Specialist. Her education includes:

• Master of Science in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Michigan
• Graduate Certificate in Medical Neuroscience from Michigan State University
• Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology from Michigan State University

Christina Hall is a certified project management consultant with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry managing successful project delivery of both internal and third-party vendor solutions. Her education and certifications include:

• Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Michigan
• Graduate Certification in Foundations of Public Health from the University of Michigan
• Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy Studies from the University of Michigan

Nicholas Hall is a General Physician. Prior to becoming a physician, Nick worked as an Emergency Medical Technician for almost 3 years and worked as a researcher for a major hospital system. His education includes:

• Human Biology, Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Program from Michigan State University
